Thank you for your interest in The Barkley Pet Hotel & Day Spa! Reservations can be made by calling (440) 248-2275 during regular business hours or you can request an online reservation simply by completing our reservation form.




To ensure quality service, overnight reservations can only be guaranteed with an advance credit card deposit at the time of booking. NON-PEAK reservations require a one (1) night’s advance (non-refundable) credit card deposit. HOLIDAY/PEAK reservations require a two (2) night minimum stay with a two (2) night advance (non-refundable) credit card deposit.


To avoid loss of deposit, overnight reservations must be cancelled with at least five (5) days notice prior to arrival date.

Peak Periods

Similar to a human hotel, The Barkley utilizes rack and holiday/peak period pricing. In addition, our lobby closes early or shall be closed for drop-off and pick-up a few days per year. Please refer to the below calendar for accurate pricing and scheduling for your stay.
