The health & safety of each pet is our number one priority. Therefore, in the best interest of all, each guest meet our published vaccinations standards prior to admittance.

Vaccination Requirements for Puppies

Puppies must be at least 9 weeks of age and have completed their first two series of vaccinations, including the Bordetella vaccine and a fecal exam. Puppies over 18 weeks of age must have their full series of vaccinations, including the rabies vaccine. We offer special puppy programs.

Vaccination Requirements for Kittens

Kittens must be at least 8 weeks of age and have completed their first two series of vaccinations. Kittens over 18 weeks of age must have their full series of vaccinations, including the rabies vaccine.

Vaccination Requirements for Dogs

  • Rabies: Current in the last year for puppies; last 3 years for adults.
  • Bordetella*: Current in the last 6 months.
  • DHPP: Current in the last year for puppies; last 3 years for adults.
  • Lepto: Highly recommended, but not required.
  • CIV: Highly recommended, but not required.
  • Fecal: Current in the last year.
  • Titers: Valid for 14 days with proper documentation.
  • Flea/Tick: Required to be current.
  • Day Camp: 12 weeks old; 1st 2 series of vaccinations; Spayed/neutered over 6 months
* – Dogs whose Bordetella vaccines were last given more than 12 months ago will be required to have the intranasal vaccine (at least 72 hours) or the injectable vaccine (at least 7 days) prior to the date of service or check-in.

Vaccination Requirements for Cats

  • Rabies: Current in the last year for kittens and the last three years for adults.
  • FVRCP: Current in the last year for kittens and the last three years for adults.
  • Feline Leukemia: Highly recommended to be current in the last year.
